Why should I use Belly 2 Baby Announcements?
You will choose our products for our designs, our customization features and high quality products. We design and own all of the designs you see here, you won't find them anywhere else.
How can I place an order?
It's easy. Just pick out the digital template that you like for your occasion then use our online order form. Make sure to fill out all of the information. Send us your photo of your precious one and we will create your chef-d'oeuvre!!!
After the order has been placed and that payment has been confirmed, we will send you a draft template within 1-3 business days. You will then have 3 business days validate that the template is to your liking (image cropping is to your taste, wording is as expected). You will have the opportunity to ask for changes at this time.
Once we get your approval, we will then create the finished template and send you your template under all of the formats specified by email. This last step will take from 3 business days.
Will the announcements be in print?
No, we only provide digital templates. Your announcement card will be sent to you by email in bmp, jpg. You will then have to print yours cards yourself. You will be free to print as many as you want at no extra cost (except your paper of course) and you will be able to print it over and over... :)
Will my template come with enveloppe?
No, we only sell digital templates. Enveloppes are not included with our digital templates, as they can be easily obtained from your local stores.
What are the photo requirements?
It's really important for you to send us full-sized images directly to us without any manipulations of any kind. Please do not edit, crop or change the colour in any way.
The image resolution must be 300 dpi or greater. The higher the resolution is, the better the end result will be. The print quality or your card is determined by the resolution of the image you provide us. If the image resolution is too low, the result will not be as good as expected.
If you are using a photo taken by a professional photographer, it will be copyrighted. We suggest to you to have the photographer's consent before uploading your image here. We will NOT be held responsible for that copyright. You will need the consent of the professional photographer to print your announcement cards. You take entire responsibility for any legal process. B2B announcement will never knowingly modify copyrighted material.
Can you change my coloured photo?
Yes, depending on the template, we can change the original image to a black and white or sepia tone.
Can I change a birth announcement for an adoption announcement?
Of course, all our templates can be modified. You can do birth, adoption, multiples (twins, triplets) for any template.
If you decide to go with your own wording, take note that during the creation process of your announcement, Belly 2 Baby Announcements will be using the text you have provided "as is" (by using copy-paste) to prevent possible typo errors during re-transcription (No interpretation or correction will be done).
What type of paper will I have to use?
You can use any kind of paper you are comfortable with which is useable by your printer. We recommend using light colors though so that the colors of your template will be closer to what you saw on our website. Even with the use of white paper, the colors might vary slightly nevertheless because of the different color handling from the different browsers, monitor settings, printers, paper.
